Inside the Dome is our Electromagnetic Universe. The North Pole is the Anode of negative charge and Antarctic Circle is the cathode or negative charge while the salt water in the ocean provides for the conductivity of electrolytes.

Interesting perspective and it just may be correct. We do live in an electric universe which is all under the dome.
