Have you any question now ?? Our Sun is small, close and she travels on a circuit over our Beautiful Flat and Stationary Plane.

By localized light, she means that if the sun was 93 millions miles away, the whole horizon would be lit up. Not just the area close to the sun; which is what is happening in the video. This is proof that we don’t live on a globe.
